Refund & Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Products
    Fragrances (Perfumes, Attars, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once an order is placed.

     

  2. Order Cancellation
    Once an order is confirmed and processed, we do not accept cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

     

  3. Failed Online Transactions
    If your online transaction fails, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment source. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to be reflected, depending on your bank's processing times.

     

  4. Shipping Charges
    Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges in the following cases:

    • Incorrect or insufficient information: If a customer fails to provide complete or accurate delivery details (e.g., mobile number, address, or pincode) and the parcel is returned, the customer will be liable for both forward and return shipping charges.

    • Customer unavailability: If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel or cancels the order at the time of delivery, the customer will be liable for both forward and return shipping charges.
       

  5. Damaged or Defective Products
    We only accept replacements for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:

    • Contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product.

    • Provide an unboxing video (this is mandatory for processing claims).

    • Email the video and details to orders@fmparfums.com.

    Our customer service team will respond between Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM.
